The Aga Khan appears as a clone of his great grandfather, Shere Khan, perhaps the most recognized and famous herd sire in Peru. Both share the same physical frame and supreme density with coverage beyond compare.

The Aga Khan is the hands down winner of the most accolades of any alpaca we own. (1) The Aga Khan's previous owners did not have fleece weights for 2002 or 2003.

2003 fiber analysis was obtained using a standard mid-side sample. A neck and leg sample was also obtained and the results were: AFD: 19.3, SD: 3.8, CV: 19.4, %>30: 1.2 indicating his prime fiber extends from his neck through his hip.
