Sire: Snowmass Nova (True Black, 815614). Nova sold at the spring 2006 Snowmass Making of Champions auction for $335,000. During his show career he won numerous championships. His progeny are now achieving the same and won for him the coveted title of 2005 Futurity Dark Herdsire of the Year.

Dam: 6Peruvian Incan Eclipse 6308 IMPR98 (True Black, 808271). Incan Eclipse is an excellent black dam with many fine offspring. She sold at the 2005 Snowmass auction for $44k.

Very, very few true black sons of Nova are available to purchase breedings to. Midnight Illusion is certainly one to seek out as his conformation is typey with large bone (he looks just like a copy of his sire). His fleece is consistent from top-knot to tail and is both fine and bright. He is also one of the very few true black Nova sons from a full Peruvian Black Dam.
